WDR Management
The WDR management team is the LIRNE.NET management team:
William Melody, Knud Erik Skouby and Rohan Samarajiva. Melody is Managing Director. Bruce Girard directs Internet Strategy. Amy Mahan is in charge of publications. Annette Moerk provides library support. Merete Aagaard Henriksen is WDR Coordinator. Osa Bennett is Secretary.

International Advisory Board
WDR is a major project of the LIRNE.NET international collaboration of ICT research and training centers. LIRNE.NET is managed as a program of the Center for tele-Information (CTI), Technical University of Denmark, and reports to the CTI International Advisory Board. This provides access to a wealth of international experience and expertise on Telecom Reform and the ICT sector, and the implications for growth and development.
