The course focused on the issues of developing e-commerce applications in developing countries, the barriers and drivers to successful applications, the interrelationships between private and government e-commerce use, and the role of ICT policy and regulatory frameworks. It also included an assessment of expectations and a review of experience, including case study evidence.
