Authors contributing to the World Dialogue on Regulation for Network Economies will retain copyright over their work, but will provide a limited use license to WDR for its education and training activities. WDR encourages publication of contributions posted on this site, with prior approval of the authors, and will consider material that is submitted to, or planned for publication elsewhere, for presentation on the site. Further presentation or publication of the work in electronic or print form, in different languages, etc., should reference the original WDR presentation and URL.

The overall WDR policy is to make its contents as freely accessible as possible to encourage discussion and help develop expertise in the field. We aim to achieve this in a context of protecting the rights of the author against third party publication and re-use without the author's permission.
