The
WDR Discussion Papers direct attention to
some important aspects of the Dialogue Theme. Provide your views;
summarise your experience; suggest good case studies; identify relevant
research and data sources; submit relevant research material. Anything
that will shed light on any of the issues raised, or other significant
issues that the Discussion Papers have not examined, will be welcomed.
To send your comments you can either:
While the website's primary language is English, contributions are welcome in English, French and Spanish. You
can also send papers, larger documents, and links for consideration by
our research teams and other WDR participants. Please send these to resources@regulateonline.org.
All
contributions to the Dialogue Theme will be posted in the Online
Dialogue section, organized by major issues and date received.
Every two weeks summaries and highlights of new issues raised by the
dialogue and the on-going research of LIRNE.NET and others will be
posted in the Dialogue
Highlights. Periodically additional material will be posted in
the Resources
section. The WDR e-Brief is a bi-weekly newsletter from WDR that will inform you of Dialogue highlights and major additions to the site. Subscribe to it by sending an email message to ebrief@regulateonline.org. The
dialogue will continue from 1 February until mid-May 2002, when a draft
report on the Dialogue Theme will be posted for comment. The draft
report will be discussed at the WDR Forum at the end of May. The comment
period will close in mid-June. A
final report will be prepared by the end of June and, soon thereafter
posted on the WDR web site and made available in print. At that time,
the dialogue material accumulated to that point will be archived. Comments
on the final report will be posted during July and August. The dialogue
on this theme will be complete at the end of August, but the material
will still be accessible on the WDR web site. In
September, we will open a new dialogue on possible themes for the next
WDR dialogue. For
questions or comments about WDR participation, contact info@regulateonline.org.
